MetCon

Sweat / Midline / Strength

Our MetCon classes are about developing your ability to work close to 100% intensity for at least 20 minutes. MetCon sessions are split into three categories; STRENGTH, MIDLINE and SWEAT, this way you have more control over the way you train. MetCon sessions utilise kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements all coupled with blasts of cardio on airdynes.

DATA DRIVEN INDOOR CYCLING

Using some of the most accurate bikes in the world PERFORM focuses on the details. If you're serious about cycling, tracking improvements and collecting data this is the class for you. We run programmes that are split into classes with different focuses; hill climbing, power, threshold and VO2 max.
