Our HIIT workouts are 45 minutes of hard work. We use kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight movements all coupled with heart pounding cardio on airdynes. All our programming is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maxing out caloric burn.
